Dr. Baghaie hails from just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Baghaie then attended the Case Western School of Dental Medicine, where she received her DMD. She then completed a general practice residency at Summa Health Akron City Hospital to continue her training with medically complex patients and treating patients in the OR. Dr. Baghaie spent quite a few years in Northeast Ohio before making the easy decision to join her family in Mooresville after getting 26 inches of snow overnight.
In her free time, Dr. Baghaie enjoys playing competitive tennis and playing the piano. She has two adorable cats and a high-spirited yorkie (he identifies as a German Shepherd) that are her everything: Lily, Southington, and Mowgli. Dr. Baghaie is passionate about advocating against animal cruelty and testing, and is active with various animal rescues in the area. She also volunteers with FeedNC, and will always help the community as much as she can.
Dr. Baghaie believes in gentle dentistry and helping her patients to achieve and maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. It’s important to her that her patients are comfortable and at ease in the chair. She is looking forward to getting to know you!
