Neena Baghaie, DMD

Dr. Baghaie grew up just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and developed a passion for helping others through healthcare at an early age. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of Detroit Mercy before pursuing her dental education at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

Committed to expanding her clinical expertise, Dr. Baghaie completed a General Practice Residency at Summa Health Akron City Hospital. There, she gained advanced experience treating medically complex patients and providing care in the operating room setting. After spending several years in Northeast Ohio — and enduring an unforgettable overnight snowfall of 26 inches — she made the easy decision to relocate to Mooresville, North Carolina, to be closer to her family. More recently, Dr. Baghaie has completed a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry, further advancing her training in dental implant placement and restoration.

Outside the office, Dr. Baghaie enjoys running, hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband and their three furbabies, Lily, Southington, and Dr House. Dr. Baghaie is passionate about animal welfare and actively supports efforts to prevent animal cruelty and animal testing. She works with local animal rescue organizations and volunteers with FeedNC, reflecting her commitment to serving both animals and people in her community.

As a dentist, Dr. Baghaie believes in providing gentle, compassionate care and helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. She is dedicated to creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel relaxed and confident in their treatment. Dr. Baghaie looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals.
